Les 3 Brasseurs Restaurant
A must-visit establishment with a variety of foods and delectable artisan beers. Craft beer is served at the 3 Brasseurs and is always smooth, blonde, brown, or amber in color. The food is fairly diverse, with specialties that are occasionally Flemish, and occasionally Chinese, of course: flammenkueches, sauerkraut, and Flemish meatballs.
Pizzas or raw fish with coconut cream are also options. A 200-seat rooftop restaurant with an elevator and a view of the port will be constructed in the spring of 2020. Papeete’s unmissable institution deserved a beautiful renovation after 20 years in business.
The 3 Brasseurs Tahiti opened their doors on June 13, 1998, 22 years ago. It is the first microbrewery in French Polynesia, to produce unpasteurized craft beers on-site. The creators of the concept knew their subject well: a family of brewers from the North, Maîtres de l’Orge for 5 generations, created it in Lille in 1986.
