In 2014, Daniele and Gaya, two Italian lovers, were working in the kitchen at Pearl Beach, as a chef, she was in charge of the Italian pastry shop. The work, the Polynesian sweetness, and the kindness of the population made them want to come back to Bora Bora at the end of their contract, with a project in mind.

As their project matured, Gaya and Daniele shared with them their idea of creating Italian ice cream in Polynesia, in Bora Bora. The concept seduced them, and Chiara, Roberto, Gaya, and Daniele launched into the adventure.

What better way than to be tempted by Italian ice cream, you can come and taste ice cream at the store and even enjoy the tables and chairs in the shade of the sun. They have also a mobile shop (Rulotte).

The machines and the products come from Italy, and even the singing accents of the four companions will make you travel. Other specialties are also offered, such as the ice cream brioche, a specialty made in Italy. The Nutella pancake with ice cream or the homemade tiramisu will make you fall in love.

Ice cream can also be ordered, as well as enjoyed on the spot or taken away. Ice cream is now available in the store, they also plan to supply the hotels and offer tourists and customers, quality products made by hand.

A menu of ice cream cups is also being developed; it includes tempting compositions as well as “the delicious cup,” whose ingredients are still a mystery.

You can get more delicious cups at the Chinese Banyan Restaurant in Vaitape.
